久しぶりに週末に料理を作りました。

豚肉となめこの炒め物 Fried pork and nameko mushroom
某有名ネットレシピを参考に
豚肉となめこを炒めました。
I stir-fried pork and nameko mushrooms based on a famous internet recipe.
材料は
・豚肉
・なめこ
・玉ねぎ
です。
The materials are as follows.
・Pork
・Nameko mushroom
・Onions
調味料は
・醤油 大さじ1
・みりん 大さじ1
・酒 大さじ1
です。
The seasonings are as follows.
・1 tablespoon soy sauce
・1 tablespoon mirin
・1 tablespoon sake
It is very easy to understand because it is one tablespoon at a time.
調理手順は
①豚肉を炒める
②豚肉に火が通ったら、玉ねぎを入れる
③玉ねぎに火が通ったら、なめこと調味料を入れる
です。
The cooking procedure is as follows.
①Stir-fry pork
②When pork is cooked, add onions
③When onions are cooked, add nameko mushrooms and seasonings
おいしい割りに結構簡単に作ることができました。
It was pretty easy to make, for a delicious product.
Nameko mushrooms have a short consumption period.
We usually buy nameko mushrooms to make miso soup.
This morning I completely forgot about nameko mushrooms and made a different miso soup.
Then I decided to make this dish in a hurry to consume nameko mushrooms.
I didn’t have to waste the nameko mushrooms.
And I am relieved that I could make a delicious dish.
枝豆塩昆布 Edamame salted kelp
こちらは超簡単です。
This one is super easy.
材料は
・枝豆(冷凍)
・塩昆布
です。
The materials are as follows.
・Edamame (frozen)
・Salted kelp
調味料は
・酢 少々
です。
The seasonings are as follows.
・A little vinegar
調理手順は
①冷凍枝豆を水につけて解凍する
②枝豆の実を皮から取り出す
③塩昆布と酢を入れる
です。
The cooking procedure is as follows.
①Thaw frozen edamame by soaking in water
②Remove the edamame fruit from the skin
③Add salted kelp and vinegar
枝豆の実を皮から取り出すところが面倒ですが、
それ以外は何もいりません。
The part where the edamame fruit is removed from the skin is troublesome.
But other than that, you don’t need anything else.
It’s easy, isn’t it?
ちなみに富山で塩昆布のことを
さざなみ
といいます。
By the way, salted kelp is called sazanami in Toyama.
さざなみという商品名が
そのまま名称を表す言葉として定着しています。

Actually, this Sazanami is made in Kagawa Prefecture.
A product from Kagawa has become established in Toyama and has also become a proper noun.

人参のきんぴら Kinpira of carrot
こちらはゴボウのきんぴらのレシピを
人参に変えてみたものです。

・人参
・ごま
です。

・醤油 大さじ0.5
・みりん 大さじ1
・さとう 小さじ1
です。

・1 tablespoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)

Mirin is called sweet cooking rice wine in English.
It is very stylish and cool.
調理手順は
①人参を炒める
②人参に火が通ったら、調味料とごまを入れる
③少し炒める
です。

①Saute carrots
②When carrots are cooked, add seasonings and sesame seeds
③Fry a little
凝ったことをしなかったので
意外と簡単につくれました。
It was surprisingly easy to create because I didn’t do anything elaborate.
I thought it would be difficult to make kinpira because it is one of the most typical Japanese dishes.
I tried it this time and was able to make it well.
I thought that I should try everything.
I am glad that I was able to do something for the first time even at my age.
