お風呂もきれいです。

お湯は自分で調整するタイプです。

トイレ付近まで水があふれるので注意が必要です。

When I looked up Awazu on the internet, two place names came up.
There are many places named Awazu all over Japan, but these two seem to be the most famous.
This time we stayed in Awazu in Ishikawa Prefecture and Awazu in Shiga Prefecture.

Awazu from Ishikawa Prefecture
Awazu in Ishikawa Prefecture is famous for its Awazu hot springs.
It is the oldest hot spring in the Hokuriku region.
It is said to have been opened by a monk in 718 AD.
This is a hot spring with quite a long history.
You can bathe in hot springs at inns in Awazu Onsen Town.
It seems that each ryokan has their own hot springs, and the quality and efficacy of the hot springs differ slightly from one ryokan to another.
This is Awazu, who feels good.
Awazu from Shiga prefecture
Awazu in Shiga Prefecture is a famous historical site.
This is the name of a place in the southern part of Otsu City.
This place was the site of a civil war, and where a famous military commander named Minamoto no Yoshinaka died in battle.
It has also been famous as a transportation hub since ancient times, serving as the route from the east to Kyoto, and being close to the exit of Lake Biwa, making it the starting point for maritime transportation.
