調理方法 Cooking method

新玉ねぎを切って水にさらします。

玉ねぎの辛みが苦手な人は

たぶんまめに水をかえつつ

1時間以上置いておいた方がいいと思います。

栄養分は水に溶けちゃうみたいなので

うまい具合のとこで水を捨ててください。

玉ねぎにごま油小さじ1と

中華系の味の基を小さじ1を入れ

混ぜます。

これで完成。
