サツマイモ ふかし芋 Sweet Potato to Fukashi-imo
失敗する可能性がほぼない料理は何かを考えた時に
思いついたものがふかし芋です。
I thought about what kind of dish has almost no chance of failure.
What I came up with was a Fukashi-imo.
The word “fukashi” in fukashi-imo means to steam.
基本的にサツマイモを切って
電子レンジでチンするだけなので
味付けを失敗することもありませんし、
焦がしたりする心配もありません。
Basically, you can make this by just cutting sweet potatoes and microwaving them.
So you don’t have to mess up the seasoning.
You don’t have to worry about burning it.
This dish brings out 100% of the flavor of the ingredients.
There are no unnecessary seasonings, so the taste of the ingredients stands out.
It is one of the simplest cuisines in the world.
It is probably the strongest in the world.
And we are probably the strongest in the world, too.
Because we eat it.

調理方法は
The cooking method is as follows.
・サツマイモをよく洗う
・Wash the sweet potatoes well
・輪切りにする
・Slice them into rounds
・濡らしたキッチンペーパーを乗せる
・Place wet kitchen paper on top
・電子レンジでチン
・Microwave it
電子レンジの時間は火が通るまでです。
Microwave time is until cooked.
600wで6分~10分ぐらいかと思います。
I think it takes about 6 to 10 minutes at 600w.
人参 グラッセ Carrot-Glasse
こちらもレンチンレシピで作りました。

ファミレスのハンバーグの付け合わせの
甘い人参のことです。

本来であれば、
煮るらしいのですが、
ハードルが高いため
レンチンのレシピで挑戦です。

Because it is difficult to cook by boiling, I use a microwave recipe.
調理方法は

・人参の皮をむく
・Peel the carrot
・切る
・Cut it
・調味料と和える
・Combine with seasoning
・電子レンジでチン
・Microwave it
調味料はバター20g、砂糖大さじ2、塩小さじ0.5です。
The seasonings are 20 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
妻からは一応食べられると評価いただきました。
My wife rated it as edible at least.
自分的には味にパンチが足りなかった気がします。
I think it was lacking in flavor for me.
