いびきのすごさ The Awesomeness of Snoring
昔からいびきはあったのですが、
最近特にひどく
いびきで家が揺れているとのことでした。
I have always snored.
Lately, it seemed to be particularly bad, and the house was shaking because of my snoring.
これはやばいということで
耳鼻咽喉科に行きました。
This was bad.
I went to an ENT.
診察は狭い箇所あったとのこと The examination showed that there were narrow areas
原因 Causes
まず、鼻の中が炎症気味で
こちらも狭いみたいです。
First of all, the inside of my nose seems to be narrowed due to inflammation.
もともと鼻炎なので仕方ないですね。
I have rhinitis to begin with, so it can’t be helped.
さらに口の中の軌道が狭いみたいです。
In addition, the airway in the mouth seems to be narrow.

それに加えて疲れがたまっていたり
お酒を飲んでいたりすると
余計にせまくなり、
いびきとなるようです。
In addition, if the patient is tired or has been drinking, the orbit of the mouth becomes even narrower and snoring occurs.
I found another one of myself.
I discovered a new part of myself in an unexpected way.
I don’t know if I was born with it or acquired it, but I have a narrow airway in my mouth.
Lucky me.
I now know not only the cause of my snoring, but also a feature of myself that I did not know before.
It is not often that we get a chance to get to know ourselves.
It may be a small thing, but I think it is an advantage to know yourself.
I am one step closer to being the strongest.
I want to know myself little by little so that I know myself better than anyone else.
And I want to be able to love myself more than anyone else.
That is what I think in the winter of 2023.
対処法は How to cope with it
鼻炎を抑える薬で様子をみましょうとのことで
薬を頂きました。
I was told to take medicine to suppress the rhinitis and see how it goes.
I received the medicine.
改善しない場合には
睡眠時無呼吸症候群確認？のための
検査キッドを貸し出すこともできるそうです。
If there is no improvement, they can loan me a test kit to check for sleep apnea.
とりあえず薬飲んでみたいと思います。
I will take the medicine for now.
