コロナワクチン３回目の接種券が届きました。
I received the third dose of corona vaccine.
早速予約をして
ワクチン接種してきました。
I immediately made an appointment to receive the vaccine.
結構周りの人は３回目をまだうっていないようです。
It seems that many people around me have not yet received the third dose.
なんかドキドキします。
I was very nervous.

予約はすぐに取れました Reservations were made right away.
日曜日の午前中に予約サイトに入ってみると
月曜日接種できるところが数か所見つかりました。
I entered the reservation site on Sunday morning and found several places where I could get vaccinated on Monday.
こういうのは早く終わらせた方が
後々予定が詰まってきません。
It’s better to get these things done early, so that I don’t get stuck in a schedule later on.
月曜日接種を予約しました。
I booked the Monday inoculation.
４回目接種が始まるタイミングだったからか
割とすんなり予約をとることができました。
I was able to get an appointment rather easily, probably because it was the beginning of the fourth round of vaccinations.
スクランブル接種 Scrambled inoculation
３回目の接種ではスクランブル接種します。
The third round of vaccinations is a scramble.
１回目、２回目がファイザー製のワクチンだったので
３回目はモデルナ製のワクチンを選びました。
Since the first and second vaccinations were given with Pfizer vaccines, we chose the Moderna vaccine for the third vaccination.
こうすることにより、ワクチンの効果を比較的高めることができるそうです。
This way, they say, the vaccine is relatively more effective.
効果が高いのであれば、やらない理由がありません。
If it is highly effective, there is no reason not to do it.
自分だけでなく、家族や仕事関係の人にもかかわることなので
最善を尽くします。
I will do my best as it concerns not only myself but also my family and business associates.
モデルナの副反応 Adverse reactions to Modela
ファイザー製のワクチンの時は
注射を打った場所が痛かっただけでした。
With the Pfizer vaccine, I only had pain where the injection was given.
今回のモデル名は結構長引いています。
This time, the model name has been quite prolonged.
ワクチンを打った日：注射を打った場所が痛いだけ
The day I got the vaccine: just a sore where I got the injection.
次の日：少し頭痛がする、注射を打った場所と脇の下（リンパ）が痛い、
痛みで寝れず、痛み止めを飲みました。
Next day: slight headache, pain in the area where the injection was given and in the armpit (lymph),
I couldn’t sleep because of the pain and took painkillers.
２日後の現在：注射を打った場所と脇の下（リンパ）が痛い
Now 2 days later: pain in the place where the injection was given and in my armpit (lymph).
徐々に痛みが弱くなっている気がするので
明日には全快する見込み
I feel the pain is gradually getting weaker and I expect to be fully recovered tomorrow.
２回目のファイザーに比べて、３倍程副反応がでています。
Compared to the second Pfizer, I have about 3 times more adverse reactions.
モデルナ恐るべし。
I’m afraid of the modeler.
でも、ワクチンの効果を高める為ですので
甘んじて受け入れます。
But it’s for the purpose of enhancing the effect of the vaccine. I’ll take it in stride.
