暑かったので
さっぱりしたものが食べたい。

梅大葉を使って料理をしました。
I cooked with umeboshi and shiso leaves.
そのほかになます、ポテサラをつくりましたよ。

梅、大葉と鶏肉の和えたやつ umeboshi with shiso leaves and chicken
今回は失敗しました。
This time I failed.
用意する材料は
・鶏肉
・梅干し
・大葉
です。
The ingredients for the dish to be prepared are as follows.
・Chicken
・umeboshi
・shiso leaves
調味料は
・醤油 大さじ１
・いりごま 適量
・みりん 小さじ１
です。
The seasonings are as follows.
・1 tablespoon soy sauce
・Roasted sesame seeds, to taste
・1 teaspoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
調理方法は
①鶏肉に火を通して細かくちぎる
②梅、大葉を刻む
③刻んだ梅、大葉と鶏肉と調味料を和える
です。
The cooking method is as follows.
①Tear the chicken into small pieces over the fire
②Chop umeboshi and shiso leaves
③Dress chopped umeboshi and shiso leaves with chicken and seasonings
なぜ失敗したかというと
電子レンジで鶏肉加熱時間が
長すぎました。
The reason I failed was because I cooked the chicken in the microwave for too long.
ジャーキーみたいになってしまって
肉が固い。
It’s like jerky and the meat is tough.
肉が固すぎて子供たちは
食べれませんでした。
The meat was too tough for the kids to eat.
残念です。

味はおいしかったですので、
次回はちゃんと茹でたいと思います。
