症状は？ What are the symptoms?
水の噴射する側を手前に引くことによって
水が出る仕組みですが、
手前に引いても水が出ません。
This water gun has a mechanism in which water comes out by pulling the side that sprays water toward you.
However, no water comes out even when I pull it towards me.
それどころか水を発射する手ごたえが全くありません。
On the contrary, there is no feeling of firing water at all.
ただただシュコシュコいうだけです。

直します Fix
外見では原因が分からないので
分解してみます。
I can’t tell what the cause is by looking at it, so I’ll try to break it down.
両端のプラスチックを外し、ねじも取ります。
Remove the plastic on both ends and remove the screws.
プラスチックを分割します。
Split the plastic.
すきまにマイナスドライバーを入れながら作業すると分割しやすいです。
It is easier to separate the parts by inserting a flathead screwdriver into the gaps.
外してみると黒い筒のなかに半透明のパッキンが落ちていました。
When I removed it, I found a translucent gasket inside the black tube.
本来は本体の溝に入っているはずのものなのでセットします。
It is originally supposed to be in the groove of the main body, so set it.
これであとは元に戻すだけです。
Now all you have to do is restore it.
戻すときの注意事項はプラスチックの向きです。
When putting it back, be careful about the orientation of the plastic.
反対向きにつけると隙間ができて両端のプラスチックが付きません。
If you attach it in the opposite direction, there will be a gap and the plastic at both ends will not stick.
間違って付けると上の写真のように持ち手が逆になります。
If you attach it incorrectly, the handle will be reversed as shown in the photo above.
