Learning how to brush my teeth

I was brushing my teeth the wrong way.

Even at my age. I have much to learn.

My gums are falling.

My gums are like a person with alveolar pyorrhea. I heard that they are falling down.

The cause seems to be the way I brush my teeth.

Brushing teeth is difficult.

There were two mistakes.

(1) Too much force

(2) Wrong place to brush

The first one.

I brushed my teeth with too much force.

I brushed with the force of cleaning the floor with a deck brush.

The toothbrush is supposed to be placed on the teeth and gently brushed for about 10 seconds. It is supposed to be a gentle 10-second stroke.

This seems to be enough to remove stains.

No wonder my toothbrush gets ruined so easily.

The second thing.

I asked the doctor to check my usual tooth brushing.

He said that I am brushing my gums.

Because I brush too hard. The toothbrush is deformed and a part of the toothbrush is hitting the tooth.

Especially on the back teeth, there are indentations on the gums.

He told me that if I continued to do the same thing, it would tear and would not come back.

The only thing I can do is to brush my teeth well.

The doctor said that once the gums go down, they don’t come back up.

I have no choice but to brush my teeth the right way so that my gums don’t fall any lower than they are now.

I will do my best.

The simpler things are, the harder it is to forget how to do them.

If you can no longer do something that you can usually do without worrying about it, you may feel confused.

Sometimes we don’t know how to breathe.

This usually happens when I am in a hurry or panic.

Symptoms include shallow and rapid breathing.

My way of coping with this is to be conscious of breathing out.

If I try to inhale, I sometimes have trouble doing so and panic even more.

When you exhale, you inhale, so try to be aware of exhaling slowly.

This is my feeling, but it often works.
