家の近くに
田村たまご園なるものがあるという情報を聞き、
早速行ってきました。
I heard about a place called Tamura Tamago farm near my house and went there immediately.
なかなかよさげでした。

農園のそばに
アヒルとヤギがのケージがあります。
There are cages for ducks and goats by the farm.
割と近くでみることができます。
We can see animals rather closely.
子供たちは大興奮です。
The kids are very excited.
動物園に行くと弁当やらピクニックの準備やら
なんやかんやで
1時間以上必要ですが
こちらは思い立ったらすぐに見れます。
If we go to the zoo, we need more than an hour to prepare lunch and picnic.
We can see this farm as soon as you think of it.
時間がない時で
子供が動物を見たいとなった時に
連れていきたいです。
I want to bring my kids when I don’t have time and they want to see animals.
農園の販売所の横に水槽があります。
There is a water tank next to the farm’s sales office.
淡水魚を中心に５，６個の水槽があり、
そちらでも子供大興奮でした。
There are 5 or 6 aquariums, mainly freshwater fish.
The kids were very excited there too.
I think compacting is a very good idea.
It saves cost, space, etc.
Another advantage is that it is easy to see.
There is a limit to the number of things and people one person can manage.
In terms of the number of people, it is about 5 people, and the maximum is 10 people.
When I think back, when I work in a team, there are usually 3 to 5 people.
When there are too many people, I assign individual leaders to manage them.
I ask a person who is likely to be the head of each company or task to be the leader.
It seems that I am not mistaken.
I think that by creating several compact teams, the quality of work can be improved.
I would like to keep this number in mind in order to achieve both quality and efficiency.
販売所のアイスクリーム 美味 Ice cream from a sales place – delicious
暑い日でした。
It was hot day.
そんな日はアイスを食べなくてはいけません。
On days like that, we must eat ice cream.
ということで
今年の初アイスはこちらで食べました。
So we had our first ice cream here this year.
普通サイズとミニサイズがあり、
ミニサイズを注文しました。
There are regular and mini sizes.
I ordered the mini size.
ミニサイズでも普通ぐらいのサイズでした。
The mini size was about normal size.
普通サイズだとBIGなのかしら？
I wonder if the regular size is BIG?
今度は普通サイズにしてみたいと思います。
Next time, I would like to make it normal size.
味はGOODでした。
The taste was GOOD.
また食べたいと思います。
