かやくと液体スープです。

かやくを麺の上に開け、お湯を注ぎます。

お湯を捨て、液体スープを入れます。

食べた感想 Impressions after eating
お店で油そばをあまり食べたことがないのでわかりませんが、
しょうゆベースのラーメンみたいな感じです。
I’ve never had abura soba at a restaurant, so I don’t know, but it feels like soy sauce-based ramen.
汁なしラーメンです。

油そばだけあって、あっさりとはしていませんが
割と食べやすいと思いました。
