今回ペヤングに魔王が登場したので
食べてみることにします。

But I could hardly find anything.
There may be no demon lord outside of Japan.
I would like to introduce a demon lord who lived in Japan.
Emperor Sutoku
He is the emperor of the Heian period.
He was ostracized by the civil war and was exiled to Sanuki, Shikoku.
In Sanuki, people copied scriptures for memorial services for the war dead.
When he tried to donate to a temple in Kyoto, he was rejected and became furious.
After his death, various disasters occurred due to his grudge, and he came to be called the Demon King.
Yamamoto Gorozaemon
He is considered to be the leader of Japanese monsters.
A character who appears in stories from the Edo period.
The story goes that he tried to surprise a young man in the exam to become a demon lord.
Oda Nobunaga
A general from the Sengoku period.
He calls himself the Demon King. He is the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven.
He came close to unifying Japan, but was killed in a rebellion by his subordinates.
His thoughts, values, and drive were far removed from the Japanese people of the time.
He must have really looked like a demon lord to those who opposed him.
