お好み焼きは私も子供も大好物なので
定期的に作ってもらう料理です。
Okonomiyaki is a dish that my wife makes on a regular basis.
I and my kids love it.
独身時代は富山市内のお好み焼き屋を巡っていました。
When I was single, I went to many okonomiyaki restaurants in Toyama city.
今はコロナで外食を自粛しているので
最近は行けていません。
Now that I’m refraining from eating out in Corona,
I haven’t been able to go there lately.
いつかおすすめのお好み焼き屋さんを
紹介できたらなと思います。

焼くのって結構大変ね ～It ’s quite difficult to bake～
いつもはお好み焼きを妻に作ってもらっています。
I usually have my wife make okonomiyaki.
今回はお好み焼きのタネを
妻に作ってもらい、
私が焼きました。

まずは豚肉を焼きます。

ここまでは順調にいきました。

タネを焼く ～Bake the dough～
焦がしてしまいました。
I have burnt it.
２枚目はこれよりも焦げました。
The second piece was burnt more than this.
原因はほかの事に気を取られていたためです。
The cause was that I was distracted by other things.
料理ってやることが多くて難しいです。
Cooking is difficult because there are many things to do.
マルチタスクいるやつやん、料理って ～Cooking requires multitasking～
私にとってマルチタスクはかなり難しい。

料理って実際にしてみると
やることが多くて大変です。

there are many things to do and it is difficult.
調理しながら片付けもする。
Clean up while cooking.
腕の数と目の数が足りません。
There are not enough arms and eyes.
妻も含めて世の奥様、お母さま方は
すごいなぁと思います。

自分も料理がんばります。
