ふるさと納税 Furusato Tax Payment
今回は香川県三木町のいちごです。
This time, strawberries are from Miki Town, Kagawa Prefecture.
昨年仕事で何度も香川に行きましたので
今回のいちごは香川県のものにしました。
I went to Kagawa many times for work last year.
Therefore, I decided to choose strawberries from Kagawa this time.
イチゴの品種はさぬきひめいちごです。
The variety of strawberry is Sanuki Hime Strawberry.
1.2kg分頼みました。
I asked for 1.2 kg of them.
きれいないちご Beautiful strawberries
まず、梱包が一味違いました。
First of all, the packaging was different.
パックではありませんでした。
They were not packed in packs.
ひとつひとつ大切にされているかの如く
きれいに並べられています。
They were arranged neatly, as if each one had been carefully cared for.
これが４つです。

数も多い。

すごい充実感です。

見た目もきれいないちごでした。
The strawberries were beautiful to look at.
お味の方にも大満足です。

酸味が少なく、そして甘みもしっかりあります。

フルーツそんなに食べない私でも
おいしいと感じるぐらいおいしいです。

お楽しみのスイーツ Sweets for enjoyment
スイーツは2種類です。
There are two kinds of sweets.
１つはクレープです。

イチゴを切って、そのほかの具材と合わせます。

盛り付けは子供たちがしてくれました。

なかなかの盛り付けです。

チョコやホイップクリーム、バナナに負けない味で
しっかりイチゴを味わえました。

2つ目は妻が作ってくれました。

なんと、アイスです。

アイスって自宅でつくれるんですね。

そこから驚きです。

アイス自体もうまい、甘い、冷たいですごくいいです。
The ice cream itself is delicious, sweet, and cold.
妻が作ってくれたものなので
果肉がしっかり入っています。
Since my wife made it for us, it has a lot of fruit pulp in it.
いちご感がすごく感じられるアイスです。
We can really feel the strawberry flavor in this ice cream.
凍った果肉はフローズンフルーツとなっていますし、
アイスも果汁しっかり入っていて
しっかりいちごアイスです。

市販のものより確実にうまいです。
It is definitely better than the ones on the market.
前回タルトでしたが、アイスもいいですね。

Dondon-yaki is made by adding soup stock to flour.
