マイナンバーカードの申請をして
先日「個人番号カード通知書」なるものが
届きました。

カードを市役所まで
もらいに行く必要があるみたいです。

ハガキを見てみると
裏面に気になる箇所がありました。

暗証番号が4種類いる！？

マイナンバーカードの表面に記載してある
氏名、住所、生年月日、性別の読み出し

素朴な疑問ですが、
交付通知書を送ってくるのであれば
最初からカードを送ればいいのでは
と思いました。
As a simple question, I thought that
if they are going to send me a delivery notice,
why not send me a card from the beginning?
市役所で受け取り必要かしら？
Do I need to pick it up at City Hall?
まぁ、個人情報の詰まったカードなので
扱いが難しいのかな？
Is it difficult to handle the card because it is full of personal information?
