こちらの感想としては
辛み変わらないかさらに増します。
My impression is that the spiciness remains the same or even increases.
いり卵が辛いソースをしっかり拾い集め、
かなりパンチの効いた感じです。

辛み低減には逆効果でした。

I did some research on spiciness.
What is spiciness?
Strictly speaking, spiciness is not a taste.
It is classified as a stimulus like pain and heat.
It is caused by pain and temperature sensations.
Cause of spiciness
The spiciness comes from capsaicin, which is often found in chili peppers.
Scoville heat units (SHU) is used as a unit of spiciness.
This indicates how much water is required to dilute 1cc of chili pepper extract.
Tabasco costs 2,500 to 5,000 SHU.
Chili peppers (taka no tsume), which are commonly used in Japan, cost 50,000 SHU.
Why do we find spiciness delicious?
Capsaicin reacts with sensors in your mouth.
This sensor has the property of responding to temperatures above 43℃.
This sensor, which falsely detects capsaicin, sends a signal to the brain as a life-threatening signal.
When the brain receives the signal, it releases beta endorphins.
Beta-endorphin promotes pain relief and gives a feeling of pleasure.
If you repeatedly eat spicy food, you will gradually come to find the stimulation desirable.
This means that spicy food becomes more delicious.
