湿気が多くなってきました。

この時期はとても嫌いです。
I hate this time of year so much.
まだ梅雨入り前なのに
つらい

湿気のせいで体が重いです。

思考も鈍くなります。

無限ループになります。
It becomes an infinite loop.
なかなかこのループからは
抜け出せません。
It’s hard to get out of this loop.
原因は何なのか What is the cause
いろいろと調べてみると
やはり湿気が原因のようです。
After a lot of research, it seems that humidity is still the cause.
多湿によって体の中に水分が溜まり、
（汗や尿で出ていかない）
体のだるさやむくみとなる
みたいです。
Humidity causes water to accumulate in the body.
(not leaving by sweat or urine)
It seems to become sluggish and swollen.
やはり湿気は大敵でした。
As I said, humidity was the enemy.
ストレッチをするっきゃない I”ll have to stretch
私の症状はだるさです。
My symptom is sluggishness.
特に筋肉や関節に詰まるイメージで
なんとなく不快感があります。
It is somewhat uncomfortable, especially with the image of it clogging up the muscles and joints.
希望としては、骨から筋肉を外して
洗ってほぐしてからつけ直ししたいです。

でも実際にはできないので
ストレッチをしています。

夜に布団の中で寝ながらできるものを中心に
太もも、ふくらはぎ、股関節、腰、背中、肩、首
ほぼ全身ですね。

今年の梅雨もこれで何とか乗り切りたいです。
