香川県に出張になりました。

すぐ目の前にコンビニがあります。

車で５分ぐらいのところに
ラムーというスーパーがあります。

私は惣菜や飲料、お酒などを購入していました。
I used to buy prepared foods, beverages and alcohol.
安いと買いすぎてしまい、
食べ過ぎてしまうので
注意が必要ですね。
When it is cheap, I buy too much and I tend to eat too much. I need to be careful.
These days I buy prepared food at the supermarket.
When I was younger, I used to buy 4-5 side dishes, plus cup noodles and dessert.
Now I am just fine with a salad, two side dishes, and a cup of ramen.
As a rough guide, I would say that if I can keep the price within 1,500 yen including drinks, it is just right.
I have finally figured out how much I can eat.
I am growing day by day.
