家からそんなに離れていない頼成の森でイベントがあったので行ってきました。
There was an event at Yorinari Forest, not far from my house, so I went there.
とやま森の祭典2023です。
It was the Toyama Forest Festival 2023.
名前の割になかなかの規模でした。
It was quite a large scale considering the name.
最初から最後までいました。
I was there from start to finish.
大満足です。

今年の開催の場所は頼成の森でした。
This year’s event was held at Raijo Forest.

開催時間は10時から14時までとなっていました。

式典があって、表彰式等していたようです。

そのほかにも木工体験やいろいろなブースの展示、販売、
子供の遊びスペースなどがありました。
There were also woodworking experiences, various booths for display and sales,
and children’s play spaces.
子供と来ても一日中遊べました。

内容はなかなかよい The content was quite good.

出店ブースが思った以上にあります。
There were more booths than I expected.
食べ物ブース Food booth
何もないかと思い、お弁当を持ってきましたが、不要でした。
I brought a lunch box thinking there would be nothing, but it was unnecessary.
焼きそばや焼き鳥、たこ焼き、クレープなどの出店がありました。
There were stalls selling yakisoba, yakitori, takoyaki, crepes, and more.
キノコ汁も一杯200円で提供がありました。
Mushroom soup was also available for 200 yen a cup.
キノコ汁めっちゃうまかったです。
The mushroom soup was really good.
遊びブース Play booth
子供の遊ぶスペースもありました。
There was also a play area for children.
木の積み木やボール、木の遊具、竹のブランコなど
Wooden building blocks, balls, wooden playground equipment, bamboo swings, etc.
子供たちも大喜びでした。
The children were delighted.
木工体験のブースでは、鳥のなき声のする木工やシイタケの植菌体験、
そのほかにもマイ箸がつくれるブースもあり、大変にぎわっていました。
The woodworking experience booth was very crowded with people, and there was a booth where you could make your own chopsticks, try woodwork that makes the sound of birds chirping, plant shiitake mushrooms, and make your own chopsticks.
シイタケの原木を2本もらいましたが、
家に日陰がないのでじいちゃん家に持っていきます。
I received two shiitake mushroom logs, but I don’t have any shade at home, so I’m going to take them to my grandpa’s house.
苗木配布 Seedling distribution
苗木と苗の無料配布もしていました。
They were also distributing seedlings and seedlings for free.
桜のエドヒガンの苗木とゴーヤの苗です。
A cherry blossom Edohigan seedling and a bitter melon seedling.
苗木は手に余るのでゴーヤを頂きました。
I couldn’t handle the seedlings, so I received bitter melon.
家庭菜園でゴーヤを育てたいと思っていましたので
ちょうどいいタイミングでした。
I wanted to grow bitter melon in my home garden, so it was perfect timing.
物販ブース Sales booth
物販ブースはこんな感じです。

終盤に行きましたが、思ったよりも結構人います。
I went there towards the end, but there were more people than I expected.
森の案内 Forest guide
最後にフォレストリーダーに頼成の森の中を案内してもらいました。
Finally, the forest leader guided me through raijou Forest.
さすがプロです。
He’s a true professional.
説明もわかりやすく、楽しいガイドさんでした。
The guide was fun and his explanations were easy to understand.
まとめ Summary
とっても楽しいイベントでした。
It was a really fun event.
来年もぜひ参加したいと思います。
I would definitely like to participate again next year.
ただ、開催場所は毎年違うらしいです。

遠すぎないことを願いたいと思います。
