SBI証券経由での申し込みでしたので
簡単だったのかもしれません。

SBIネット銀行の郵便の中に同封されていた冊子の通りに行うと
すんなりできました。
It was easy to follow the instructions in the booklet enclosed in the mail from SBI Net Bank.
これなら妻の証券口座と銀行開設も安心してできそうです。
This will allow me to open a securities account and a bank account for my wife without any worries.
へそくり分の株式を移動をする Making a secret savings stock transfer
独身時代にためたお金で買った株、投資信託を
楽天証券から移動します。
I will move the stocks and mutual funds that I bought with the money I saved up during my single years from Rakuten Securities.
楽天証券に入っている資産が
家族用と自分用で混ぜっているので
この機会に分けたいと思います。

株 Stocks
株は国内株です。
Stocks are Japanese stocks.
コロナ直前に買ってコロナで暴落し、
塩漬けとなっている株たちです。
I bought them just before Corona, and the stock price fell down in Corona.
These are stocks that I am putting away.
かわいい塩漬けちゃん達です。
They are cute little salt-pickles.
いつか大きく羽ばたいてほしいものですね。
I hope they will spread their wings someday.
手続きの方法は簡単でした。
The procedure was easy.
楽天証券のマイメニューに行き、
移管・買い取り請求の日本株式を申し込みから
手続きします。
Go to “My Menu” of Rakuten Securities, and apply for Japanese stocks in the “Request for transfer/purchase” section.
あとは順々に記入していくだけです。
All you have to do is fill out the form in order.
スムーズにいけば３０分かからずにできます。
If everything goes smoothly, it takes less than 30 minutes.
楽天証券も分かりやすくてGOODです。
Rakuten Securities is also easy to understand and GOOD.
投資信託 Mutual Funds
積立NISAの銘柄とかぶっているものがあります。
There are some mutual funds that are in the same category as the savings NISA.
このままでは２０年後ごちゃごちゃになってしまいます。
If this is not done, they will be mixed up after 20 years.
手続きの方法は申込用紙に記入して郵送のようです。
The procedure seems to be to fill out an application form and send it by mail.
用紙の記入方法や同封するものなど
わかりやすく書いてあります。
The instructions on how to fill out the form and what to enclose are easy to understand. It is written in an easy-to-understand manner.
でも、封筒準備したり、免許書のコピーを用意したりする必要があります。
But I need to prepare an envelope and a copy of my driver’s license.
うーん、めんどくさい。

The Secret to Saving Money
I recently realized one thing.
Not having many friends was one of the factors that helped me save money.
When I don’t have many friends, I go out less often, which inevitably means I spend less money.
In my case, I am still in contact with about three people.
We only went out for drinks once a year.
After they all had children, that stopped too.
I am sure we will get together again when the kids are older.
It is good to have many friends, but it is not a problem to have few.
Even if you only get together for drinks once in a while, you are still friends.
It is the time spent together and the memories that are important.
And what is more, there is no problem at all if you don’t have any friends.
In fact, it is a wonderful thing.
If you don’t have friends, it means that you have had to face yourself a lot.
You have been fighting with yourself against the rest of the world, and you are always fighting with yourself.
I think you could call yourself maverick or a wiser person.
It’s cool.
