今日は呉羽山公園に行ってきました。
We went to Kureha Yama Park today.
私はこの公園が割と大好きなので
来れるとテンションが上がります。
I love this park.

見晴らしバツグン Great view
一番の魅力は豊かな自然です。
The most attractive feature is the abundant nature.
呉羽山の丘陵にあるので
丘から見下ろす景色や
森の中からの風景がすばらしいです。
It is located on the hillside of Mt. Kureha, so the view looking down from the hill and through the forest is wonderful.
実際に見たことはないですが、
春は桜がすばらしいそうです。
I’ve never seen it in person, but I hear the sakura are wonderful in the spring.
確かにエドヒガンとかソメイヨシノの木が
いっぱいありました。
This park was indeed full of Sakura trees such as Edohigan and Someiyoshino.
I would like to come here in spring when the sakura are in full bloom.
私的には緑生い茂るこの季節の方が好きです。
But I prefer this season when it is lush and green.
It is said that seeing green has a relaxing effect.
So how do we produce green?
The answer is to mix blue and yellow.
Mixing more blue makes a bluish green, and mixing more yellow makes a yellowish green.
The reason why they become green is because of the nature of the three primary colors.
They say that all colors can be made from three colors.
Red, blue, and yellow are the three primary colors, but to be precise, they are magenta, cyan, and yellow.
What happens when cyan and yellow are used to make green?
In my opinion, cyan has an image of freshness and calmness.
And yellow is bright and tranquil.
I think fresh, calm, bright and tranquil would be very relaxing.
Perhaps this is where the relaxing effect of green comes from.
Green is a good color, after all.
By the way, my favorite color is blue-purple. I like the bluish ones among them.
I like blue-purple, such as Kikyo (bellflower) color and violet color.
It is interesting that there are many ways to read Japanese colors.
I would like to introduce them when I have a chance.

まず、丘の上なので風が気持ちいいです。
First of all, it’s on a hill, so the breeze is nice.
さらに森もあるので日陰も多いです。
And there is a forest, so there is a lot of shade.
暑い日にもここに来れば涼しいです。
It is cool here even on a hot day.
散歩するのにもちょうどいい広さです。
It’s a good size for a walk.
２歳半の子供と一緒にあるいて30分ほどで半分まで歩けます。
Walking with my 2.5 year old, we can walk halfway in about 30 minutes.
結構犬の散歩しとれらる方もいらっしゃいます。
Many people are walking their dogs.
場所はどこかというと Location
場所は、呉羽山の西側です。
The location is on the west side of Mt. Kureha.
国道８号線と高速道路の
真ん中あたりになるかなと思います。
I think it will be in the middle of Route 8 and the highway.

もうすぐアジサイの季節なので
しばらくしたらもう一度来たいと思います。
