出張に来たので
夕飯にペヤングの獄激辛麻婆やきそばを
食べてみました。

つらいです。

うまいかまずいかを
ぎりぎり感じることができる辛さです。

痺れるからさは
味が分からなくなります。

全体としてあまり麻婆感は感じません。
Overall, I don’t feel the sense of “ma-ba”.I cannot taste it.
しかし、はっきりとわかるのは
四川風だということです。
But what is clear is that it is a Szechuan style.
辛くてつらい。

次の日の体調 Next day’s condition
次の日おなかの調子が悪くなりました。
The next day, I felt sick to my stomach.
やはり相当な辛さだったようです。

次の日に大事な会議がある場合や
長距離の移動をする場合には
少し考えてから
食べてください。

I respect it.
It is said that the original meaning of the word “ma-ba” means “grandma ma.
